Pursuant to our order dated 23rd August, 2023, the petitioner's daughter, who is presently in Mahila Sevagram, Karve Road, Pune, is produced before us through video conferencing. The petitioner is also present before us through video conferencing. 2.

1. WP 1346-2023 chamber.doc that she does not wish to go and stay with her mother and wants to reside at Mahila Sevagram, Karve Road, Pune, till she attains the age of majority i.e. 18 years.

In view of the statement made by the petitioner's daughter, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition seeking Writ of Habeas Corpus.

The petition is accordingly disposed of.

Needless to state, that the petitioner is at liberty to adopt appropriate remedy, as maintainable in law.
