Mr.Kirankumar J. Phakade i/b. R.M. Kanojiya for Respondent. CORAM : S.C. GUPTE, J.
DATE : 18 SEPTEMBER 2019 P.C. :
By an order dated 4 December, 2018, the Petitioner was directed to furnish a set of papers for reconstruction of the petition to the Registry within four weeks. The Registry was directed to place a notice on the website to this efect. It was made clear that if no steps were taken by the Petitioner within the time provided by the court, the court would consider disposing of the matter on the ground of nonprosecution. The notice was accordingly published on High Court website. However, no papers have been furnished and there is no reconstruction of the writ petition. The Petitioner does not even appear today to seek any further time.
The petition is, accordingly, dismissed for want of prosecution.
