Heard Ms.Vasanti Dighe, learned Counsel for the applicant and Ms. Anusha Amin, learned Counsel for the respondent.

This matter is moved by way of a praecipe dated 6.7.2018 for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 28.6.2018. Ms. Amin invited my attention to paragraph-7 and in particular to the following sentence :
"In so far as other premises are concerned, they are in occupation of the tenants."

Ms. Amin submitted that said statement was incorrectly made and in fact except rooms No.23 and 26 rest of the premises are in occupation of the tenants. 4.
In view thereof, said sentence stands substituted by following sentence :
"In so far as other premises are concerned, except rooms No.23 and 26 rest of the premises are in occupation of the tenants."

Order dated 28.6.2018 stands corrected to the aforesaid extent only. Rest of the order shall remain as it is. Order accordingly 6.
Ms. Amin also states that insofar as the suit premises is concerned, in terms of paragraph-10 of the order dated 28.6.2018, the respondent has handed over keys of the suit premises, namely, room No.22 to the applicant. Ms. Dighe confirms said fact.
