By this application, the State of Maharashtra has sought cancellation of the anticipatory bail granted to the respondent herein. 2.

Learned APP when asked, submits that charge-sheet in the said case is ready. He submits that the charge-sheet could not be filed earlier because of the pendency of the aforesaid application. Learned APP states on instructions, of the officer, who is present in the Court, that the chargesheet in the said case will be filed within two weeks from today. Statement

Having perused the order dated 28th October 2014, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, City Civil and Sessions Court, Greater Bombay, granting pre-arrest bail to the respondent herein, no interference is warranted in the same.
