The applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No.293 of 2015 for the offence punishable under Sections 465, 467, 468, 471,474, 420, 120B read with Section 34 of IPC.

The applicants are secretary and cashier of a trust from where a substantial amount of Rs.60 Lakhs was transferred. There was no legal necessity to transfer the said amount and that too in an account which was never opened and operated by the proprietor of S.K.Enterprises, Mr. Satyen Appa Kesarkar as is reflected in investigation papers.

The offence is economic one which is required to be viewed seriously and vividly. While the offence prima-facie shows involvement of the applicants, no case is made out for anticipatory bail. Application , Shivgan 1/2
