On the request of learned Counsel for the Petitioner, we permit the Petitioner to withdraw the Petition with liberty to approach the DRT. 2.

For a period of ten days from today, the Respondent Bank shall defer taking possession of the Flats in question viz. Flat No. D-401 and D402, 4th Floor, D Wing, Ojas C.S.H. Ltd. Plot No. E-2, Sector - 20, Airoli, Navi Mumbai.
