The prayer of the petitioner in these petitions is that he be released on parole / furlough. The learned APP has produced a letter of the 1 / 2

wp.912.2016+_9.doc Superintendent of Nashik Road Central Prison. The said letter is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The letter states that the petitioner has completed his period of imprisonment and he has been released from the prison.

In this view of the matter, all the three petitions have become infructuous. Hence, Rule is discharged.
