The learned counsel for the appellant prayed for withdrawal of the present appeal preferred under the proviso to Section 372 of Cr.P.C. He prayed for grant of liberty to take out appropriate proceedings challenging the order of the Sessions Court in the Revision preferred by the present appellant challenging the acquittal of the respondent Nos. 2 to 10. Needless to mention that if any remedy is available for the appellant, he can take such course of action as advised. Present matter is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn. The question for condonation of delay is kept open which will be dealt with by the concerned Court in accordance with law as and when such proceeding is filed.
