It is submitted that in respect of the same institution i.e. Respondent No.1 other students have filed Writ Petition bearing No.2918 of 2016 with connected Writ Petitions and this Court under judgment and order dated 12 April 2018 allowed the said Petitions, thereby setting aside the decision of Respondent No.2-Committee insofar as increase in the fees of the Petitioner is N.S. As the order of Respondent No.2 is already set aside in the other Writ Petitions the same recourse will have to follow. 5.
For the reasons recorded in the judgment dated 12 April 2018 in Writ Petition No.2918 of 2016 with connected Writ Petitions, we also pass the same order.

In the result, the decision of the Respondent No.2Committee insofar as increase in the fees of the Petitioner is quashed and set aside. The consequential notices issued by the Respondent No.1 shall also stand quashed and set aside. The bank guarantee, if any, submitted by the Petitioners shall stand discharged.

Rule made absolute in above terms. No costs.

If at all documents of the Petitioner are with the Respondent No.1, the same shall be returned.
