Heard Mr. Prabhune, learned counsel appearing for the Applicants. He submitted that the sole Petitioner Mr. Ramesh Mavji Padhiar has expired on 24.02.2016 and therefore, his legal heirs whose names are given in the cause title as Petitioner Nos. 1(a) to 1(d) are required to be brought on record.

Perused the Application. For the reasons mentioned therein and considering the fact that the legal heirs are based in Sangli, I am inclined to allow the present application. Hence, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. Re-verification is dispensed with. Copy of the amended Petition shall be served on the Respondents within a period of two weeks thereafter. 3.

Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly. Place the Writ Petition on board on 13th January, 2022.
