Learned Counsel for the petitioners in Writ Petition No.1515 of 2020 states that the petitioners have made a complaint to various authorities seeking enquiry and for taking action against the erring officers. He submits that the concerned officers had UDAY SHIVAJI SHIVAJI JAGTAP

9-1434-2020-WP-C=.doc assaulted the petitioner nos.3 to 7 by kicks blows. He submits that the police have not taken any cognizance of the said complaint nor did they call the petitioners pursuant to the said complaint / representations made by the petitioners.

Learned APP states that an internal inquiry was conducted. He states that the inquiry report will be placed before this Court on the next date.

At this stage, Mr. Sawant, learned Counsel for the petitioners in Writ Petition No.1515 of 2020 states that the petitioners have ample evidence and documents pointing to the complicity of the police, however, they were not called/permitted to produce the said evidence / documents, as against the police. He submits that only one member of the family was called and not all the petitioners. 4.

Stand over to 2nd March, 2023 to enable the learned APP to produce the inquiry report before us.
