Heard learned counsel for the applicant. Learned counsel for the applicant makes a statement that in pursuance of the order dated 4.5.2017 an amount of Rs.10,00,000/- was deposited on 5.6.2017. She further states that the amount of Rs.1,00,000/- per month by December 2017 has also been deposited. 2.

In view of the above deposit and further undertaking on behalf of the applicants that the applicants shall comply with the order dated 3.7.2012 and that the applicants would make regular payment of Rs.1,00,000/- per month from time to time this civil
