There is no reason to interfere with the impugned order dated 22nd January, 2019 since the same is only the ad-interim order pending the decision on application (Exhibit 5) taken out by the Petitioner -Plaintiff. In any case, as requested by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, the learned trial Judge is directed to dispose of the Petitioner's application (Exhibit 5) on its own merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and in any case within six weeks from the date of authenticated copy of this order is filed before the trial Judge.
