Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By this application, the Applicant (Original Complainant) seeks permission to withdraw an amount of Rs.5 lakhs, which has been deposited by the applicant, pursuant to the order dated 17th January, 2018, passed by this Court (Coram:A.S.Gadkari, J.), in Anticipatory Bail Application No.875 of 2017.

Learned Counsel for the Respondent No.1 states that the Respondent No.1-Paromita Vijan Chakravarty has no objection if the said amount of Rs.5 lakhs is withdrawn by the applicant. 4.

Accordingly, the application is allowed and the Applicant is permitted to withdraw the said amount of Rs.5 lakhs, along with the interest accrued thereon, if any, from the Registry of this Court, on furnishing proof of his identity.

Criminal Application No.190 of 2018 is allowed and disposed of in above terms.
