By this petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of the FIR registered vide C.R. No. 141 of 2020 with Jawhar Police Station, Dist. Palghar for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 363, 376(2) (f) (i) (j) (n) of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 4 of the POCSO Act.

Quashing is sought under the premise that the parties have amicably settled their dispute.

Since we were not inclined to allow the petition which seeks quashing of the aforesaid CR with the consent of the respondent nos. 2 and 3, the learned Counsel for the petitioner sought leave to withdraw the petition.
