P.C.:- 1) This is an application for modification of the condition of attendance imposed upon the applicant by this Court by its Order dated 5th August, 2013 and subsequently modified by an Order dated 10th March, 2015. By the said Order dated 10th March, 2015 the applicant has been directed to attend the Investigating Officer on every first Saturday of the month between 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon till the disposal of the case against him.

2) I find no reason to further modify the said condition. 3) The application is accordingly rejected.
