This is an Application for modification of order dated 06/10/2021 in Anticipatory Bail Application No.580/2021. By order dated 06/10/2021, this Court had granted pre-arrest bail to the Applicant and one of the conditions was to report to the Investigating Officer on every Wednesday between 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon for a period of two weeks and thereafter, on every Monday between 10:00 a.m. to 12 noon or as and when directed till filing of the charge sheet. 2.

The Applicant has stated that he has attended before the Investigating Officer and has complied with the said order. Learned APP states that the Investigation is completed and charge sheet against 1/2

Since the investigation is over and the presence of the Applicant is not required by the Investigating Officer, condition no.(iii) of paragraph 10 of the order dated 06/10/2021 is modified. The Applicant shall attend the trial Court on all dates, unless exempted. 3.
