P.C.:- Mr. Hulke, learned APP on instructions from Additional Senior Jailor (Judl.), Mumbai Central Prison submitted that, the Petitioner has been convicted in Sessions Case No.633 of 2015 by the Sessions Court, Mumbai by its Judgment and Order dated 18th May, 2022. That, after conviction, Petitioner has been transferred to Yerwada Central Prison on 27th June, 2022 for undergoing sentence.

2) In view thereof, present Petition does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.
