By an Order dated 10.04.2017 the applicant was granted interim relief.

As noted in the said order, the applicant has already handed over the possession of the suit property to the first informant and the first informant is in actual use and possession of the said property. In view thereof, the interim relief granted by an Order dated 10.04.2017 is hereby confirmed. However, the condition to attend the Investigating Officer is waived. 3.
