The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that by this Writ Petition, they are challenging the attachment order dated 27.09.2013 passed by the Learned Tahasildar, pursuant to the order passed by the District Consumer Forum in Consumer Complaint No.225/2011. After arguing form some time, the learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to take out appropriate proceedings before appropriate forum. To that effect, he has given in writing. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.
