We are informed by learned counsel for the petitioner that an appeal filed by the petitioner before respondent no. 2 assailing the order dated 31 October, 2023 cancelling the licence of the petitioner to conduct a medical stores, has already been heard on 25 January, 2024 and the orders are yet to be pronounced. It is submitted that serious prejudice is being caused to the petitioner.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, we direct respondent no. 2Appellate Authority to pronounce the order on the petitioner's appeal as expeditiously as possible and in any event, within a period of three weeks from today.
