The Petitioner has challenged the order dated 26 February 2021passed by the District Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Palghar directing re-audit of Respondent No.3-society. The Petitioner is a member of Respondent No.3-society. 2.

The Petition is filed on 2 March 2021 and it has remained pending. There is no restraint order. Re-audit must have been taken further. As a consequence of re-audit, if any orders are passed and the Petitioner has locus to challenge those orders, it is open to the Petitioner to pursue those remedies as may be available in law. 3.
