Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

By this application sent through jail, the applicant seeks modification of the order dated 6th September, 2017 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Thane, below Exhibit 1 in Criminal Bail Application No. 2026 of 2017. The applicant in her letter dated 30th January, 2018 has stated that she is unable to give solvency of Rs. 1 lakh and as such has prayed for reduction of the said amount. Despite the order dated 6th September, 2017 enlarging the applicant on bail, the applicant is in custody, as she is unable to furnish the surety as directed by the trial Court. 1/3

For the reasons set out in the application, application is allowed and the condition directing the applicant to be released on PB and SB of Rs. 1 lakh with one or two local solvent sureties in the like amount vide order dated 6th September, 2017 is modified. The applicant-Radhika shall now be released on PB and SB of Rs. 25,000/-, with one or two local solvent sureties in the like amount.

The applicant shall comply with the other conditions mentioned in the order dated 6th September, 2017. In addition to the said conditions, the applicant shall also inform her latest place of residence and mobile contact number and/or change of residence or mobile details, if any, from time to time to the concerned Police Station as well as trial Court. 5.
The application is allowed and disposed of on the aforesaid terms.

Registry to communicate the above order to the applicant, who 2/3
is lodged in Mumbai District Women Prison, Byculla, forthwith, as well as the Sessions Court, Thane.
