Heard the learned Counsels for the Parties.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioners states that by order dated 28 January 2021, the Division Bench of this Court has disposed of a group of Petitions of the Petitioners who are Mamta Kale page 3 of 4

working in the same Respondent / Institution by permitting the Petitioners to file applications / representations, with a direction to decide the same within a time bound period. A copy of the order dated 28 January 2021 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No. 150 of 2021 with connected petitions, is placed on record.

Having considered the facts and circumstances and the order dated 28 January 2021, we direct that the Petitioners will file appropriate applications / representations for absorption as full time Teachers in accordance with the prevalent policy laid down by the State Government. The Deputy Director of Education will give hearing to the Petitioners and the concerned Education Institute. After the applications / representations are decided, the Deputy Director of Education shall take decision as per law and issue necessary directions preferably within period of four months from the date of receipt of the applications / representations. In case the Petitioners are found eligible for absorption as full time Teachers, in the Respondent / Educational Institute, the Education Officer shall issue necessary directions to submit proposal for grant of approval for upgradation as full time Teachers.
