This is an application for bringing on record the legal heirs of respondent No.2. It is stated that Shri Vivek Deoram Raut and Smt. Kamal Ramesh Raut who have been shown as third party respondents in this Civil Application are the legal heirs of respondent No.2. None appears on behalf of the legal heirs of respondent No.2 despite service of notice.

The application therefore deserves to be allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).
