2] It is submitted that, Respondent No.3A's legal heirs, namely, Respondent Nos.3(b) to 3(h) are already on record. 3] In view thereof, it being a formal amendment, it is allowed. The name of Respondent Nos.3(a) is deleted as he is dead and the names of Respondent Nos.3(b) to 3(h) are considered or treated as legal heirs of Respondent No.3(a).
