The Applicant herein is granted bail by an order dated 10th January, 2019 and his substantive sentence has been suspended by this Court. This Court has released the applicant on provisional cash bail and the Applicant was directed to furnish solvent sureties within six weeks to the satisfaction of the Special Court. 3.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the sureties have been furnished. However, the procedure of verification takes time.

It is in view of this, the period for furnishing solvent sureties is extended by six weeks, by way of last chance.
