The above Civil Application has been filed for bringing the heirs of the Respondent No.1 Nirupama Mehta on record and for condonation of delay in filing the Civil Application.

The learned counsel Shri Navnath Jadhav states that he has instructions to appear for the heirs of the Respondent No.1 and has no objection to the Civil Application being allowed. lgc

caw-738.15 The above Civil Application is accordingly allowed. Resultantly the heirs of the Respondent No.1 are allowed to be brought on record. The learned counsel for the parties state that the Respondent No.2 Jintendra Mehta who is the husband of the Respondent No.1 has also expired and his heirs are the same heirs as those of the Respondent No.1. The learned counsel Shri Navnath Jadhav states that he has no objection to the said heirs also representing the deceased Respondent No.1. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from date in respect of the Respondent No.1 as also to show the heirs of the Respondent No.2 as the heirs of the Respondent No.1. List the above Petition for admission after three weeks. The above Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
