The breach alleged is of two orders; one being passed by the Small Causes Court at Mumbai and another by the City Civil Court at Greater Mumbai, restraining the Defendants from creating third party interest.

In the light of an alternate and efficacious remedy available to the Petitioner for the alleged breach and he can obtain AJN

The Petitioner is at liberty to avail appropriate remedy available in law before the respective courts in respect of the cause of action, which has been pleaded in the present Contempt Petition.

With no further direction, the Contempt Petition is disposed.
