Learned Counsel for the Respondents states that he has already made a statement before this court that he shall not execute the impugned decree without giving a ten days notice to the Appellants. In view of this statement, there is no need to pass any urgent ad-interim order on this civil application. Liberty is, however, granted to the Appellants to move the vacation court, in case this notice is issued in the vacation.
