The Senior Police Inspector, Economic Offences Wing, Bombay Commissionerate Office has placed on record report dated 1st August, 2023. The report submits that the nature of dispute interse between the parties is contractual/civil and there is no dispute to infer commission of offence in question and has decided to file "C Summary" in the matter. The report dated 1st August, 2023 is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. 2.

In view of above, the petition stands disposed of wherein the prayer for quashing of the FIR.
