The learned counsel submitted that he is representing the legal heirs of Surgonda Balgonda Patil/owner of the tractor and trailers. 3.
The noting shows that all the respondents are served, however none present for respondent nos. 1 to 3.

The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that there is a delay of 302 days in filing the First Appeal. She submitted that the Appeal is filed by the insurance company, hence it is necessary to 1 / 2

In view of the uncontroverted submissions, delay of 302 days is condoned.

First Appeal be numbered and fixed for admission after 6 weeks.
