By this civil application, the applicant seeks extension of time to file affidavit-in-rejoinder which is already affirmed on 22nd February 2016 before the trial Court till 9th March 2016. 3.

For the reasons recorded in the civil application, time to file affidavit-in-rejoinder is extended till 9th March 2016. It is made clear that no further extension would be granted. Civil application is disposed of in aforesaid terms.
