After hearing for some time, learned counsel for Applicant, on instructions, makes a statement that one week's time may be granted to Applicant to surrender before the police. In view of the aforesaid statement, Application is disposed of by following order:

(i) Application for anticipatory bail is rejected; 1 / 2

ABA. 378-18.doc (ii) Applicant shall surrender to Tasgaon Police Station, district Sangli, within one week from today;

(iii) Interim protection is continued till Applicant surrenders the Tasgaon Police Station within one week.
