The only substantive prayer in the petition is prayer clause (a), which reads as under:

"(a) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue writ of Mandamus or an appropriate writ, direction or order and direct the respondent nos.1 not to take action against the petitioner without following due process of law."

Mr. Kankal the learned AGP states that respondent no.1 has sent the notice by following the due process of law and in any case, respondent no.1 will take action only by following the due process of law.
