DATED : 15 DECEMBER 2022 P.C. :- The learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file fresh bail application after reasonable period.

Considering the fact that the applicant is in jail for more than one and half years the trial Court shall endeavor to conclude the trial as early as possible. If the trial is not concluded within a period of one year then the applicant is permitted to file bail application before the trial Court.
