The Applicant - Petitioner has filed this application for restoration of writ petition. Learned counsel for the Applicant inviting our attention to the order passed by the Registrar (Judicial), which is placed on record at Exhibit-A, submitted that for non removal ofÏce objections, the registration of petition was refused. The learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that if reasonable time is granted, the ofÏce objections will be removed and he prayed for restoration of the petition. 2.
