As stated in the praecipe and the earlier order dated 9th December 2015 of the then Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice in Rejected Case No.1348 of 2015, the PIL No. 38 of 2013 pending before the Principal Bench of this Court is raising identical issues as raised in Writ Petition Nos. 350 of 2014 and 3487 of 2014 pending before the Nagpur Bench of this Court. Therefore, the present application is allowed with the direction that Writ Petition Nos. 350 of 2014 and 3487 of 2014 pending before the Nagpur Bench of this Court shall be transferred to the Principal Seat of this Court at Mumbai and shall be tagged with PIL No. 38 of 2013.

The application is disposed accordingly.
