Upon production, taken on board. 2] This Court has disposed of Writ Petition No.34 of 2015, by the judgment and order dated 22 January 2015, directing the respondents to issue licence within a period of two weeks. Thereafter, by an order dated 6 February 2015, this period was extended to four additional weeks upon motion of the State, that it desires to take recourse against the judgment and order dated 22 January 2015. 1/2

DSS p-1-caw-654-15.doc 3] Today, the State seeks further extension of time by four weeks. The learned counsel for the original petitioner submits that the petitioner has been denied licence for considerable period. Further, the petitioner has already paid substantial fees towards obtaining/renewal of the licence. In fact, on the date when the order dated 6 February 2015 was made, the State had applied for extension of time by eight weeks. However, considering the difficulty as expressed by the original petitioner, extension was granted only for a period of four weeks. Now, there is no further case is made out for grant of extension, accordingly, civil application is dismissed.
