At the outset it has been stated by the learned counsel for respondent no.2 that this petition may be disposed of by directing the General Body Meeting which is scheduled to be held on 25.6.2017 at 11.30 to treat this petition as an appeal in regard to the grievance of the petitioner raised in this writ petition and on that date the General Body will consider the grievance of the

512-WP-3101.2017.sxw petitioner and after taking decision on it then only the Annual General Meeting will be held on the same day as per the notice dated 1.6.2017.

In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of this petition by directing the Special General Meeting to treat this petition as petitioner's appeal against disaffiliation order dated 5.1.2017 and only thereafter the Annual General Meeting shall consider item No.4 which is in regard to affiliation and confirmation of respondent no. 4.

It will be open for the petitioner to file the additional documents before the Special General Body on or before 23.6.2017.

With the aforesaid, petition is disposed of. All contentions are kept open.
