The learned counsel for the petitioner, having taken instructions from his client, makes a statement that he is restricting the reliefs in terms of prayer clause (a) only. Statement accepted. Prayer clause (a) reads as under :- "(a) That this Hon'ble Court may direct the Respondents and more particularly Respondent No.2 to register a crime/First Information Report in pursuance of complaint filed by the Petitioner (Exhibit-A hereinabove) and further depute an Investigation Officer above the rank of Deputy Commissioner of Police and further submit its investigation report to this Hon'ble Court."

The learned APP, having taken instructions from the Senior P.I. of Amboli Police Station Shri Deepak Kajve, makes a statement that on the basis of the above statement of the petitioner, the first information Shraddha Talekar PS

In the light of the statement of the learned APP, the grievance of the petitioner in the instant petition stands redressed. The petition therefore stands disposed of.
