Perused order dated 18th April 2016. It was noticed by this Court on 18th April 2016 that the petitioner is claiming to be a practising Advocate. In the cause title, he has claimed that he is an Advocate. The annexures show that he has letter heads on which he has claimed to be "Advocate Supreme Court & High Court." Paragraph 3 of the order dated 18th April 2016 reads thus :- "Therefore, the Petitioner is not entitled to practice as Advocate unless his name is entered in the State roll. Therefore, it is necessary that the Petitioner must possess a certificate of enrollment in accordance with Section 22 of the Advocates Act, 1961. We direct N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

28-conp-1-2016 the Petitioner to produce a true copy the certificate of enrollment contemplated by Section 22 of the said Act within a period of three weeks from today along with an affidavit. We make it clear that if the Petitioner is unable to produce the said document, the Petition is liable to be dismissed. Place the Petition under the caption of "Fresh Matters" on 13th June, 2016." 2.

Petitioner appearing in person is present today. Even as of today he is not in a position to produce a true copy of the certificate of enrollment as an Advocate. Hence we have no option but to dismiss the petition as indicated in paragraph 3 of the order dated 18th April 2016. Accordingly, petition is rejected.
