Heard learned counsel for the respondent Nos.5 and 6 and learned AGP for the State.

By this petition, the petitioner seeks following relief :- "(b) By a suitable writ, order or direction this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to quash and set aside the impugned order of suspension dated 24.02.2014 (Exhibit J) and be pleased to further direct the Respondent No.5 institution to reinstate the petitioner in the post of Head Master at Respondent No.6 Secondary School with full back wages, continuity of services and other consequential benefits".

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos. 5 and 6 makes a statement that the suspension order issued to petitioner has been withdrawn by respondent Nos. 5 and 6 on 24.4.2014 and

vks 11 wp 2592 of 2014.doc thereafter the petitioner has joined respondent No.6 Secondary School as Head Master. Statement is accepted.
