The Applicant came to be arrested in connection with C.R. No.88 of 2021 registered at Sanpada police station on 13th June 2021, for the offences punishable under sections 379, 427, 465, 466, 468, 471, 473, 474, 413, 120(B), 34 of IPC.

The modus operandi is that arrested accused persons tried to find out certain vehicles which are stolen or which are in damaged condition. They used to collect information from the office of RTO or Insurance companies. Then by using Chasis number and Engine number they used to prepare forged registration numbers of vehicles and indulged in all these activities.

During house search, 53 objectionable articles were found which consists of 39 smart cards. Considering the aforesaid material, I am not inclined to grant bail to the Applicant. Hence, the Application is rejected.
