Learned counsel appearing for respondent no.2 submits that Panchayat Samiti has already decided the appeal filed by the petitioners on 29/4/2015. Copy of the said order is placed on record. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners would resort to appropriate remedy as permissible in law in respect of the order dated 29/4/2015. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the order passed by the Panchayat Samiti on 29/4/2015 has not been served on the petitioners. We do not express any opinion.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, petition is disposed of.
