This is an application for fixing the matter for final hearing. Application is preferred by accused challenging order issuing process for offence u/s.504, 506 of IPC. The application is admitted vide order dated 15th December 2017.

Learned advocate for Applicant submitted that Criminal Application No.1455 of 2016 after admission of main application, it was never listed for hearing. The applicant is original complainant. Hence main application may be heard expeditiously. 3.
