Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

This is an application for pre-arrest bail in connection with C.R.No.385 of 2022 registered with Hillline Police Station, Ulhasnagar, for the offences punishable under Sections 457, 380 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 3.

By an order dated 9 March 2023 this Court was persuaded to grant interim bail to the applicant. The Investigating Officer was instructed to ascertain the identity of the applicant with the help of CCTV footage. 4.

The learned APP, on instructions, submits that the CCTV footage is not clear. However,the first informant has identified the applicant as one of the persons who had committed trespass on the strength of the features of the applicant. 5.

25 aba 624 of 2023.doc trespass is a matter for trial. I am, therefore, inclined to make the order dated 9 March 2023 absolute.

The order of Interim bail dated 9 March 2023 is made absolute. 7.

The applicant shall regularly attend the proceedings before the jurisdictional Court.

The Application stands disposed.
