Learned counsel for the petitioner is seeking time to find out whether chargesheet has been filed.

Learned APP states that investigation is over and papers are submitted to superiors for proper verification and since chargesheet will be filed on 30/11/2019, the present petition is filed in February 2017 and is seeing the light of the day almost after 2 years and 8 months. 3.

In this situation, we keep all contentions of the petitioner open and with liberty to the petitioner to challenge charge-sheet before appropriate jurisdiction including this Court, we dispose of the present petition.
