Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner in this writ of habeas corpus. He has sought for custody of his son Vedant from respondent nos.1 to 10. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already moved District Court Kalyan under the Guardians and Wards Act seeking custody avk 1/2
8-WP-1003-2019.doc of his child and he submits that the petitioner being a father, serving in Indian Army, prays for direction to the District Court to consider the application filed by him at an early date. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed off with a direction that the application filed by the petitioner may be disposed off expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from today.
Nothing stated in this order shall prejudice any party to the case.
