By this petition, the petitioners challenge the order passed by the Industrial Court on 9th December, 2011. They had earlier filed Writ Petition No.6463 of 2014 to challenge the very order. That petition was not entertained and was rejected by the order dtd.11th August, 2014 because the petition did not contain a single word explaining the latches. The other defect in that

Dusane 2/2 wp3540.2015 petition was that the petitioners had not even bothered to annexe the complete copy of the impugned order and had annexed only the operative part of the order. The only improvement shown in the present petition is that a complete copy of the impugned order is annexed thereto. But the defect as regards explaining the latches continues. At paragraph 20, the petitioner refers to the earlier petition, as the cause for the delay. The petitioner has however not explained the delay between 2011 to 2014. Since, the petitioner has failed to make out any case whatsoever for explaining the latches, the petition is dismissed.
